Medical Examination for New Students for the Academic Year 2025/2026

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, and Prof. Dr. Gehan Abdel Hadi, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research, the General Administration of Medical Affairs announces the commencement of the medical examination for new students for the academic year 2025/2026.

Dr. Sherif El-Mahdy, Director General of Medical Affairs, stated that the medical examination will begin on Sunday, August 31, 2025, at the university clinics as detailed below.
Mr. Alaa Magdy, General Coordinator of the Medical Examination, added that students must log in to the system to book their appointment through the following link:

From Sunday, August 31, 2025, until Tuesday, September 30, 2025
Medical Clinic at the Faculty of Engineering, Shoubra

Technical support and assistance for students in submitting applications will be available at the Faculty of Computers and Information – 6th Floor (University e-Portal) daily (except Fridays and Saturdays) from 09:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m.

For the new students enrolled in the Faculty for the academic year 2025–2026, please find below the required documents and procedures for submitting your file.

It is worth noting that the medical examination has been scheduled to take place during the period from Sunday, August 31, 2025, until Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at the Medical Clinic of the Faculty of Engineering, Shoubra.

The online registration for booking a medical examination appointment will be opened soon, and further details will be announced in due course.
