Procedures for Obtaining a Social Research Report for Solidarity Fund Grants:

To access these services, follow these steps:

1. Obtain the designated form from the Youth Welfare Office.

2. Get the form stamped by the Student Affairs Office.

3. Submit the form to the Youth Welfare Office along with the following documents:

   • If the father is employed: Salary statement + copies of the father’s and student’s ID cards.

   • If the father is a farmer: Land ownership certificate + copies of the ID cards.

   • If the father is self-employed: Social research report + copies of the ID cards.

   • In case of retirement: Pension statement + copies of the ID cards.

4. The social researcher reviews the case and provides an opinion.

5. The grant is approved by the Youth Welfare Office and the Dean before disbursement.
