The Community Service and Environmental Development Sector at the Faculty of Engineering, Shoubra – Benha University, is one of the key pillars in fulfilling the faculty’s mission to contribute effectively to sustainable development and community service. The sector works to build strong connections between the faculty and the wider community by offering engineering consultations, organizing training activities, and supporting applied research that addresses societal and environmental issues.

Special attention is given to preparing qualified engineering cadres for the labor market through the organization of annual employment fairs and the enhancement of students’ and graduates’ skills via innovative projects and specialized professional courses. The sector also aims to strengthen the faculty’s role as an environmentally friendly institution through community initiatives and continuous collaboration with civil society organizations and various industrial sectors.
