Student Activity Plans
Student activities serve as a wide field where students engage in their hobbies. They are a set of positive programs that aim toward achieving specific goals to develop the student's personality, enhance their abilities, and occupy their free time. The student is both the center and the goal of these activities, so achieving positivity in their life is crucial alongside their academic studies.
The goals of student activities through its various branches are:

Develop spiritual, moral, national, and cultural values among students and train them in leadership, providing opportunities for responsible expression of their opinions.

Cultivate knowledgeable and conscious citizens.

Enhance students' ability to read and comprehend, expanding their horizons of knowledge so their culture doesn’t limit to specialized books, but extends to include seminars, evenings, research, competitions, trips, theatrical performances, and other aspects of culture.

Discover students’ talents, abilities, and skills, polish and encourage them. Invest and organize students' free time in productive activities that provide them with experiences and help them become leaders who understand their community's issues.

Encourage public service spirit and instill leadership qualities among students through public service camps, cultural camps, recreational camps, and trips.

Organize and promote sports, social, scouting, artistic, and cultural activities, raising their level and encouraging those excelling in them.

Foster brotherly spirit among students and strengthen bonds with faculty members and staff.

Create a sense of belonging to the college, local community, and society, helping students achieve psychological balance, which ultimately leads to mental well-being.
Student activities are carried out through:

Developing a plan for various activities, including sports, social, cultural, and artistic, that match students' interests and desires.

Presenting projects for different activities to the Student Union Council for assistance in suggesting activities and services for students.

Actively cooperating in executing various activities with the Student Union Council and overcoming any obstacles to ensure proper implementation.
The college is considered a pioneer in student activities across the university.
Encouraging Students:
Students who excel academically and in various activities are rewarded with both moral and material incentives.

Moral Incentives:
Receiving medals based on the activity type and level, presented personally to each student. Receiving certificates of appreciation distributed during an annual ceremony, supervised by the Dean, attended by officials and students. A student who misses a class due to participation in a competition or championship will not be considered absent without an excuse. The professor encourages the student by answering related questions about the missed lecture.

Material Incentives:
Students who achieve advanced positions in various activities, whether sports, artistic, or literary, receive financial rewards. Top students are prioritized for travel opportunities to participate in camps and conferences, both within and outside the country.
Locations for Student Activities:
There are designated spaces within and outside the college for various student activities:
1. Inside the College:

A fitness center that needs support, such as additional equipment and necessary maintenance.

Some spaces in the two buildings for sports like indoor soccer, volleyball, speedball, table tennis, etc.

Some classrooms are suitable for organizing cultural and artistic competitions, workshops, and exhibitions. Examples include:

Using walls and corridors for art exhibitions and setting up libraries for office supplies and scientific books.

Organizing the Ideal Student competition inside the conference hall or any classroom, coordinating with lecture schedules.

Utilizing the conference hall for seminars in coordination with the multimedia department.

Proposing the use of the building rooftops for student activities, provided it does not interfere with academic studies.
2. Outside the College:

Sports fields approved by the General Administration for Student Care in Benha for official and friendly competitions at the university level.

Youth centers near the college in coordination with the college's Student Care Department.

Participation in engineering courses across Egypt, with hosting universities providing necessary sports facilities based on the course program.

Occasionally, activities are organized in coordination with other organizations at their venues.
