Student Services Provided by Youth Welfare
Services Offered by the Youth Welfare Office for Students:

Full/partial tuition fee exemptions for eligible students.

Grants from the Student Social Solidarity Fund.

Emergency grants in cases of parental death or unforeseen circumstances.

Payment of dormitory fees for financially disadvantaged students.

Organizing a charitable exhibition for students' benefit.

Providing textbooks and some engineering and stationery tools for financially challenged students.

Assistance for books, medical glasses, disaster relief, and special support.
Eligibility for Full or Partial Tuition Fee Exemptions:

Students with disabilities: Full tuition exemption.

Children of faculty members and university staff (active or retired): 50% tuition exemption.

Orphans, children of divorced mothers, or divorced female students: Partial exemption based on the average income stated in the social research.

Students from families benefiting from the "Takaful and Karama" program or supported by social research: Partial exemption based on the average income stated in the social research.
Note: Tuition fee exemptions are not available for newly admitted preparatory year students.
Procedures for Obtaining a Social Research Report for Solidarity Fund Grants:
To access these services, follow these steps:

Obtain the designated form from the Youth Welfare Office.

Get the form stamped by the Student Affairs Office.

Submit the form to the Youth Welfare Office along with the following documents:

If the father is employed: Salary statement + copies of the father’s and student’s ID cards.

If the father is a farmer: Land ownership certificate + copies of the ID cards.

If the father is self-employed: Social research report + copies of the ID cards.
-
In case of retirement: Pension statement + copies of the ID cards.
-
The social researcher reviews the case and provides an opinion.

The grant is approved by the Youth Welfare Office and the Dean before disbursement.
