Honoring Staff Members of the Student Affairs and Postgraduate Studies Departments at the Faculty of Engineering at Shoubra

In line with the directives of Prof. Dr. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, concerning the development and enhancement of the efficiency of the administrative staff, and as part of the Faculty of Engineering at Shoubra – Benha University’s commitment to supporting and improving administrative performance,

Prof. Dr. Mohamed Saeed Abdel Ghafar, Dean of the Faculty, honored a number of staff members from the Student Affairs and Postgraduate Studies Departments for successfully completing training on the “Ibn Al-Haytham” system.

The honoring ceremony was attended by Prof. Dr. Islam Nazmy, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Mr. Khaled Mostafa, General Director of the Faculty. The Dean praised the staff members’ efforts and their commitment to developing their skills and keeping pace with modern technological systems, contributing to improving the quality of services provided to students.

This recognition comes as part of the Faculty’s efforts toward digital transformation and enhancing administrative work efficiency across its various departments.

Faculty of Engineering at Shoubra Launches an Integrated Training Program to Develop the Skills of Administrative Staff and Employees

Faculty of Engineering at Shoubra Launches an Integrated Training Program to Develop the Skills of Administrative Staff and Employees

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Saeed Abdel Ghafar, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at Shoubra – Benha University, announces the launch of an integrated training program aimed at developing the skills of administrative staff and employees, with the goal of enhancing the work system and achieving institutional excellence.

The program is implemented under the supervision of the Community Service and Environmental Development Unit.

Registration is carried out through the Training Needs Assessment Survey for Administrative Staff for the Second Quarter of 2026 (April – May – June).

Important:
Participants may select more than one training course during the same month, with a maximum of two courses per month.
