Benha University participates in the celebration of earth hour in accordance with the international ecological event in which all the countries around the globe turn off the lights for one hour. This event is held at the end of March every year.

 Prof.Dr. Gamal EL-Saeed, the university announces that the University council has approved to afford the ticket prices of the scholars on their way back to Egypt after spending time in China due to the outbreak of covid-19 pandemic.

Prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gisaway, the vice president of post-graduate studies and scientific research announces that the exams of the post-graduate studies will be postponed till next June due the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic and the suspension of the academic activities in all faculties in Benha University.

The university council approves in its meeting under the auspices of prof.Dr. Gamal EL-Saeed, the university president, to grant one million and 600 thousands L.E in order to stimulate the international academic publishing in Benha University.
