Benha University seeks to enhance the outcomes of teaching and learning through final-year graduation projects. A graduation project is an independent piece of work undertaken either individually by each student or collaboratively by a team, to be completed within a specific timeframe — either one semester or a full academic year — in accordance with the internal regulations of each faculty.
During the project, the student prepares a research paper or project on a topic related to one of the major areas of specialization studied at the faculty, under the supervision of a faculty member. The project is then submitted in its final printed form and defended before a committee appointed by the department council, with the supervising professor serving as a member.
All final-year students at the faculty must register their graduation project on Benha University’s Graduation Projects Platform and print a registration certificate via the following link:
https://gp.bu.edu.eg/
The university has established this platform with the aim of:
-
Maximizing the benefit from applied projects carried out by Benha University students from various faculties, enabling them to market their projects effectively and take initial steps towards real investment.
-
Allowing the university to benefit from the distinguished projects of its students.
-
Creating a centralized database of the university’s graduation projects in one place, in order to introduce external stakeholders and beneficiaries to the capabilities and skills of the university’s graduates and to build partnerships with outstanding projects.
It is also worth noting that a Graduation Projects Marathon is available for students wishing to participate, linked to the Graduation Projects Platform via:
