As a graduate of the Faculty of Engineering – Shoubra, you are entitled to benefit from the following services provided by the Alumni Follow-up Unit, as you are automatically enrolled as a member. In addition, you will receive periodic copies of the alumni booklets.
Training Courses
One of the most important services of the unit is to connect the faculty’s graduates from all academic levels and departments with ongoing technological developments by offering training courses that enhance their knowledge and skills. These courses aim to improve job opportunities or advance their scientific expertise in their current fields of work.

As a faculty graduate, you have the right at any time to request assistance in job searching or changing your current job. You can also upload your CV to the website to make it accessible to companies and institutions that cooperate with the unit.

Internal Services

Alumni Card (SH-CARD) (Coming Soon)
You can obtain your official Alumni Card from the faculty, which represents your membership in the Alumni Follow-up Unit. You will be registered in the unit with a unique number used for communication and to help you easily benefit from the unit’s services via online contact.
Services for Alumni Card Holders:

Priority registration in training courses held at the faculty, with up to 50% discount on course fees.

Access to the college library website using a password exclusive to the cardholder, including the ability to browse and borrow books for study or photocopying.

The ability to request the issuance of graduation certificates remotely through the unit, without having to be physically present. The unit handles all procedures, and the graduate can pay using any of the approved payment methods.

Regular electronic copies of the alumni booklet will be sent to the cardholder.

The cardholder can participate in recreational and scientific activities organized by the unit, such as field trips and events.
