Learn How to Request a Document via the Unified Certificate Reservation System
You can now register on the Unified Certificate Reservation System through the following link:
? https://ucrs.bu.edu.eg/

This system allows you to request graduation certificates, transcripts of records, or any other required documents.

When registering on the system, please keep the following in mind:

  1. Use an accessible email address, preferably your official university email or any other valid email (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.), and ensure it is written correctly.

  2. Make sure to enter the correct data on the registration screen and specify the graduation year.

  3. Upload the required files as indicated in each field, and carefully read the notes on the registration screen.

  4. Once registration is complete, you will be redirected automatically to the request screen to review the notes and your personal information displayed at the top of the page.

  5. You may add any available document type to your request before saving it.

  6. Do not select document authentication unless you are certain, as this will add extra fees to your request.

  7. You may add any special notes regarding your request in the "Request Notes" field on the new request screen or in the request details view.

  8. Please make the payment using the code shown on the request details screen to ensure successful payment processing.

  9. If you forget your password, you can reset it using the link on the login screen.

  10. You can track the status of your request from the request details screen to find out when it will be completed and ready for collection.

  11. If you want to request a new document later, log in with the same email and password you used for your first registration—do not create a new account.

  12. If any data on the registration screen is entered incorrectly, you can edit it via "Edit Personal Data" or re-upload files using "Edit Personal Files."

  13. If there are two unpaid requests, you will not be able to submit any new requests until the existing ones are paid or deleted.

  14. Make sure the Fawry code you use for payment matches the one shown in your request.

  15. Do not pay for any request that has already been deleted.
