Updating the organizational and administrative structure of the unit and documenting it through the Faculty Council.

Updating the unit’s vision, mission, strategic objectives, and implementation plans, and documenting them through the Faculty Council.

Developing a work plan to promote, develop, and sustain a culture of quality among faculty members and staff.

Activating the internal quality assurance system within the faculty.

Supporting and following up with the faculty administration to achieve the faculty’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives.

Establishing mechanisms to activate internal monitoring and review of the faculty's educational, research, and community service activities in coordination with the responsible personnel.

Analyzing data related to performance indicator measurement.

Discussing quality issues in the Faculty Council, main committees, and departmental councils.

Submitting a monthly and annual report on the unit's activities to the University's Quality Assurance Center.

Following up and reviewing the annual self-evaluation reports of academic programs in the faculty, ensuring they adhere to required templates and timelines, documenting them in the Faculty Council, and establishing a review system for all faculty activities.

Proposing the establishment of sub-units that support the implementation of quality standards.

Studying the training needs to develop the capabilities of faculty members, teaching assistants, and administrative staff, and developing training plans that include various specialized courses conducted by qualified trainers from inside and outside the faculty and the university.
