This conference will be held under the auspices and in the presence of prof.Dr. Khalid Abd EL-Gafer, the minister of higher education and prof.Dr. Alaa Marzouk, the governor of Qulubia in the frame of university’s plan to activate the president’s initiative of 2019 as the year of education in addition to end the paper exams.
