Prof.Dr. Gamal EL-Saied, the new university president, accompanied by prof.Dr. Mustafa EL-kady and prof.Dr. Muhammad Abd EL-Salam, inspect the different departments of the University hospital to make sure that everything is up and running and listen to the different complaints of the citizens and measure their satisfaction of the medical services that are provided to them. He says the University's reputation starts from its hospital stressing that the University prioritize the hospitals support as well as the educational process.

The university president says that the problem of the strike has been solved by contacting the dean of the faculty of nursing and the deputies of the faculty to provide those who do the job of nurses as per what has been agreed upon with the dean of the faculty of medicine, the faculties’ deputies and the manager of the university hospitals.
