Prof. Dr. Ashraf El Shihy, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research; Mr. Julius Georg Luy, the German Ambassador in Cairo; and Major General/ Ahmed Abdullah, the Governor of Red Sea Governorate open today the events of the Arab European Conference of Higher Education in Hurghada.
