Services Provided to Faculty Members and Teaching Assistants:

• Creating a university email (Edu Mail) for each member

• Creating a personal website for each member on the university’s electronic portal

• Creating a personal account for each member to access the Digital Library

• Activating the use of E-Learning courses

• Providing Training services on the use of information technology

• Providing Technical Support services

Services Provided to Students:

• Creating a university email (Edu Mail) for each student

• Publishing class schedules, exam timetables, seat numbers, and results on the faculty website: feng.bu.edu.eg

• Activating the use of E-Learning courses

• Providing Training services

E-Learning:

The unit activates the use of electronic courses produced by the university or other Egyptian universities participating in the E-Learning project. Activation is carried out by creating special accounts for students enrolled in the electronic courses.
Students and course instructors are trained on how to use the electronic courses.
Currently, two electronic courses are being activated in the Electrical Engineering Department.
