Within the framework of Benha University's endeavor to accredit its faculties from the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education (NAQAA); Prof. Gamal El Saeed, the University President chaired the Board Meeting of the Quality Assurance Center in the presence of Prof. Nasser El Gizawy, the University Vice-president for Post Graduate Studies and Researches ' Affairs.
During the meeting, the University President congratulated the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine for renewing its accreditation for the second time and urged the Board of Directors to continue providing technical support and organizing simulation visits to all the faculties to qualify them for the institutional and program accreditation depending on the nature of each faculty and the number of its programs.

Prof. Gamal El Saeed, Benha University President has opened today the Clinical Toxicology Unit at the University Hospital in the presence of Prof. Mustafa Elqady, the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and the Chairman of the University Hospitals Board; Prof. Mohamed Gouda, the Faculty Vice-dean for Education and Students' Affairs; Prof. Tarek Eissawy, the CEO of the University Hospitals; and Mr. Refat Nan, the University Assistant Secretary General for Administrative Affairs. On the other hand, El Saeed has inspected the Faculty of Medicine and has been reassured the implementation of precautionary and preventive measures in the halls in order to preserve student's health and safety.

During the meeting of Benha University Council; Prof. Dr. Gamal El Saeed, the University President reviewed the visit of a delegation from the Electronic and Knowledge Service Center, Supreme Council of Universities "SCU" within the frame of activating the cooperation protocol between SCU and the Information Technology Industry Development Agency " ITIDA", Ministry of Communications and Information Technology to evaluate the capabilities of public universities for digital transformation to smart universities pointing out that BU is one of the first universities have been visited and evaluated.
It is worth mentioning that the Council has been held in the presence of Prof. Dr. Hussien Almaghrabi, the University Vice-president for Education and Students` Affairs; Prof. Dr. Randa Mustafa, the University Vice-president for Community Service and Environment Development Affairs; Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the University Vice-president for Post Graduate Studies and Researches' Affairs; Deans, and the Council Members.

Prof. Dr. Gamal El Saeed, Benha University President inspected the aptitude tests at the Faculty of Applied Arts yesterday in the presence of Dr. Abdel Moamen Shams, the Faculty Dean; Ms. Samia Abdel Hameed, the University Secretary General; and Mr. Refaat Nan, the University Assistant Secretary General for Administrative Affairs During his tour, the University President reassured that all the preventive and precautionary measures have been taken to ensure the safety of the students during the conducting of the aptitude tests El Saeed said that the University has completed all the preparations necessary for conducting the aptitude tests 2020/2021 for students holding secondary school certificate, its equivalent (Arab and foreign), and the technical certificates according to the time plan of the Supreme Council of Universities.

Dr. Gamal El Saeed, Benha University President has received today Dr. Mohamed El Shahat El Gendy, the President of The Egyptian University of Islamic Culture “Nur-Mubarak”, Kazakhstan on the sideline of participation in a jury and discussion committee for master thesis at the Faculty of Education in the presence of Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the University Vice-president for Post Graduate Studies and Researches' Affairs and Dr. Eman Abdel Haq, the Faculty Dean.
El Saeed said that meeting discussed the ways of cooperation between the Islamic University and Benha University in the similar programs at both universities, indicating that the Egyptian University of Islamic Culture is one of the most important beacons of Islamic thought in Kazakhstan and the countries of Central Asia.

Prof. Dr. Gamal El Saeed, Benha University President has inspected the conduct of 2nd term exams 2019/2020 for final year students at the Faculty of Engineering at Shubra in the presence of Prof. Dr. Ragab Megahed, the Faculty Dean; the Vice-deans; the Faculty Secretary General; and Mr. Refaat Than, the University Assistant Secretary General for Administrative Affairs. It is worth mentioning that the University President during his visit has opened the Science Museum of the Surveying Engineering Department

During the meeting of Benha University Council, Prof. Dr. Gamal El Saeed, the University President said the University is caring of its students and finishing exams safely throughout following-up the sterilization and disinfection of exams ' halls and providing medical masks, digital thermometers, sterilization gates, chlorine, and disinfectants necessary for sterilization. He added all academic and administrative leaders at all levels in the University and its faculties must be available all the time to follow-up all procedures during the exams.
