Prof. Dr. Mohamed Saeed Abdelghaffar, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at Shoubra, issued a decision assigning Asst. Prof. Dr. Mervat Mohamed Rifaat to act as Head of the Geomatics Engineering Department.
